Abstract
In this corpus work we describe and track the evolution of a series of verb-nom-inal placements emerged in Latin and inherited by the Romance languages, such as consilium dare (dar un consejo, dar um conselho, donar un consell, dare un consiglio o donner un conseil), in order to understand what are the processes (continuity or change) that historically link them.
