Abstract
2020RESUMENEste artículo aborda la experiencia de diseño y aplicación del podcast Relatos de Gestión en los cursos Gestión Pública y Social de la Facultad de Gestión y Alta Dirección de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). Para ello, se presentan las fases que implicó el diseño de cada uno de los episodios, la elección del formato y las plataformas que empleó el podcast, así como el proceso de diseño de las clases y los elementos de evaluación en los que se utilizó el podcast. También se muestran las actividades que se desarrollaron para la sistematización de la experiencia y, finalmente, las reflexiones sobre los beneficios de la experiencia en los aprendizajes de los estudiantes.
This article presents the experience of designing and applying the Management Stories Podcast in the Public and Social Management courses of the PUCP School of Management. For this, the phases involved in the design of each of the episodes, the choice of the format and the platforms that it would use are presented. Likewise, it is presented what the process of applying the episodes in the classes implied, as well as the evaluation elements in which the podcast was used. The activities that were developed for the systematization of the experience and finally the final reflections focused on what the experience has achieved in terms of learning and benefits for the students are also presented.
