dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo da algunos alcances y límites respecto a la figura del eximente por subsanación voluntaria consagrada en la Ley del Procedimiento Administrativo General, que impide que se sancione a los administrados que acreditan haber subsanado su conducta sancionable antes de notificarle los cargos en un procedimiento sancionador.es_ES
