Abstract
El presente artículo da algunos alcances y límites respecto a la figura del eximente por subsanación voluntaria consagrada en la Ley del Procedimiento Administrativo General, que impide que se sancione a los administrados que acreditan haber subsanado su conducta sancionable antes de notificarle los cargos en un procedimiento sancionador.
This article discusses the provision established in the General Administrative Procedure Law, which exempts any private party from being sanctioned for committing an administrative infraction if it proves that it has reverted the effects of its conduct before.
