potenciales exportadoras a tomar decisiones estratégicas.
There are more than two million small to medium companies in Peru, which is why this are considered an important part of the economy. Less than 1% of these companies have managed to consolidate exporting internationally, the main issue identified by the “Comisión de promoción del Perú para la exportación y el turismo – PROMPERÚ” and the Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo - BID, is the lack of information, which basically means this companies don’t have access to a centralized and easy to understand information that help exporting companies and the potential ones gather enough intel to plan strategically long term. The challenge would be that the small and medium enterprises begin exporting and become regular exporters for the country with sales that contribute to growth and development. For them PROMPERU has developed Late, a digital platform that full fills all the simulator functions that exporters may need in their five main stages to begin exporting. Late supports exporters with a valuable service to complete what PROMPERU has for exporting companies. The following digital marketing plan for the digital platform Late wants that the small and medium companies export more and improve their efficiencies diversifying markets and contributing to Peruvian exports growth as its been seen from 2017. The main goal it is that 50,000 small to medium companies are registered on the Late platform so that 10,000 would be the minimum of successful simulations. The success will depend on the communication channel efficiencies establishing contact with the main target and motivating them to increase their exports and investigate about their diverse opportunities around the world through the platform experience. In order to obtain this goal the plan will need S/ 922,500.00 soles that will be strategically distributed in a digital plan to gain awareness, branding, call to action and loyalty increasing the amount of small to medium regular exporters that increase the PIB of the country and the life quality of Peruvians.
