After the pandemic, work stress became very relevant in Peru as many people were adapting to new environments and working conditions. This process of adaptation to the new normal, such as the hybrid work context, was accompanied by various emotional states that were finally reflected in the person's behavior or conduct. For this reason, an investigation is carried out whose objective is to analyze the relationship that exists between work stress and work motivation in a private organization in Callao. The sample was made up of 100 employees of this organization aged between 20 and 53 years. To measure the study variables, the ILO/WHO Work Stress Scale and the Work Motivation Scale (R-MAWS) were used. The results obtained in this research indicate that there could be significant direct correlations between the areas of work stress with some of the types of work motivation. This implies that these variables in the hybrid work context still show a functioning similar to what was found in research prior to the arrival of the pandemic, despite the fact that these research are applied in a face-to-face or remote work context.
