Arbitraje en Chile con participación de entidades estatales

Abstract

Este artículo describe en forma general la regulación del arbitraje en Chile y la forma en que se organiza la Administración del Estado chileno, para luego analizar la posibilidad que tienen sus entidades de participar en arbitrajes, los impedimentos específicos que pueden limitar esta posibilidad y ciertos casos en los que se permite expresamente.This article describes generally the regulation of arbitration in Chile and the organization of the Chilean State Administration, in order to analyze the possibility of its entities to participate in arbitrations, the specific impediments that may limit this possibility, and certain cases where it is expressly allowed.
