dc.description.abstractThe new North American Free Trade Agreement (USMCA) not only replaces the 1994 NAFTA, but also opens a new stage in US free trade agreements and will have a direct impact on the free trade agreements that our country has with the United States and Canada, especially in the monitoring of the application of the Labor Chapter. The purpose of this article is to highlight the changes in its regulation, assess its new content and reflect on its legal consequences.en_US
dc.description.abstractEl nuevo tratado de libre comercio de los países de Norteamérica (USMCA) no solo sustituye el TLCAN de 1994, sino que abre una nueva etapa en los acuerdos de libre comercio estadounidense y tendrá un impacto directo sobre los acuerdos de libre comercio que tiene nuestro país con Estados Unidos y Canadá, especialmente en el monitoreo de su aplicación del Capítulo Laboral. Este artículo tiene por finalidad resaltar las modificaciones en su regulación, valorar el nuevo contenido y plantear una reflexión sobre sus consecuencias jurídicas.es_ES
