dc.description.abstractThe author analyzes in this article the modalities of face-to-face and telecommuting work. Thus, it addresses some considerations of telecommuting and, also, conceptual aspects and legal regulation of teleworking. It also develops the definition and legal regulation of remote work. It also comments on data and considerations for the regulation of hybrid work. Finally, it addresses the issue of workers’ mental health.en_US

Asimismo, desarrolla la definición y regulación legal del trabajo remoto. Además, comenta datos y consideraciones para la regulación del trabajo híbrido.
