Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es implementar un modelo de selección y
evaluación de proveedores enfocado en la sostenibilidad e innovación para la empresa
Maersk Logistics & Services Perú S.A., para lo cual se realizó un diagnóstico del área de
compras donde se encontró que la empresa no tiene políticas de compras sostenibles, no
existe KPI ni medición de KPI con criterios sostenibles y falta una cultura de trabajo basada
en la gestión de compras sostenibles. Como medida de solución se implementó la
metodología AHP Difuso y TOPSIS donde se describieron los criterios y subcriterios de
sostenibilidad, se aplicó una encuesta utilizando la escala Saaty al grupo de expertos, así
mismo, se utilizó el software TOTAL DECISION donde en la primera fase se aplicó la
metodología AHP Difuso y se determinó el vector normalizado con los pesos de cada criterio
y subcriterio. En la segunda fase se aplicó la metodología TOPSIS para la evaluación de los
proveedores; aplicándose a tres proveedores de servicios que nos brindan personal para el
mantenimiento, limpieza, acarreo e inspección de contenedores en donde la mejor puntuación
la obtuvo la empresa Innovación de Tercerización Logística S.A.; seguido del proveedor
FC&R Ingeniería E.I.R.L, y por último el proveedor Rismo S.A.C. También se evaluó a tres
proveedores de bienes que nos brindan artículos de ferretería, limpieza y equipos de
seguridad donde la empresa Industria Luis & Ricardo E.I.R.L. obtuvo la mejor puntuación,
seguido de la empresa Roberto Representaciones S.R.L.; y por último el proveedor
Corporación Chainco S.A.C., con la implementación de los criterios de sostenibilidad en la
evaluación de compras se redujo el consumo de agua en 5,939.03 m3, el consumo de energía
en 410,314.80 kwh y los residuos sólidos peligrosos en 663.90 TM, lo cual generó un ahorro
de S/ 144,264.90 en el año 2021.También se realizó la evaluación económica y financiera
donde se obtuvo un VAN de 188,235.32, un TIR de 57% y un B/C de 3.10 por lo tanto, el
proyecto es viable. Finalmente se recomienda a la gerencia de la empresa Maersk Logistics & Services Perú S.A.
su compromiso para la implementación de este proyecto en el departamento de compras y
después la aplicación de las políticas de sostenibilidad como eje principal en toda la empresa.
The objective of this thesis report is to implement a supplier selection and evaluation model focused on sustainability and innovation for the company Maersk Logistics & Services Perú S.A., for which a diagnosis of the purchasing area was made where it was found that the company It does not have sustainable purchasing policies, there are no KPIs with sustainable criteria, there is no measurement of KPIs with sustainable criteria and the lack of a work culture based on sustainable purchasing management. As a solution measure, the Diffuse AHP and TOPSIS methodology were implemented, where the sustainability criteria and subcriteria were described, a survey was applied using the Satty scale to the group of experts, likewise, the TOTAL DECISION software was used where in the first phase The Fuzzy AHP methodology was applied and the normalized vector was determined with the weights of each criterion and sub-criterion. In the second phase, the TOPSIS methodology was applied for the evaluation of suppliers; applying to three service providers that provide us with personnel for the maintenance, cleaning, hauling and inspection of containers where the best score was obtained by the company Innovation de Tercerizacion Logistica S.A.; followed by the supplier FC&R Ingenieria E.I.R.L., and finally the supplier Rismo S.A.C. Three suppliers of goods that provide us with hardware, cleaning and safety equipment were also evaluated, where the company Industrial Luis & Ricardo E.I.R.L. obtained the best score, followed by the company Roberto Representaciones S.R.L. and finally the supplier Corporación Chainco S.A.C. With the implementation of sustainability criteria in the evaluation of purchases, water consumption was reduced by 5,939.03 m3, energy consumption by 410,314.80 kWh and hazardous solid waste by 663.90 MT, which generated savings of S/ 144,264.90 in the year 2021. The economic and financial evaluation was also carried out, obtaining a NPV of 188,235.32, an IRR of 57% and a B/C of 3.10, therefore, the project is viable.
