Abstract
El autor elabora un ensayo preliminar y por aproximación sobre las diversas aristas del derecho administrativo ambiental peruano, partiendo de sus antecedentes y desarrollando una interpretación sistemática de los procesos y temas centrales en el sistema jurídico peruano.
The author develops an approach and preliminary essay about the different edges of the peruvian administrative environmental law, based on its background and developing a systematic interpretation of the processes and issues in the context of the Peruvian legal system.
