Resumen
El presente planeamiento estratégico muestra a la empresa Daira S.A.C., en el cual se
presenta la situación actual, las respectivas estrategias para afianzar la permanencia de la
empresa respecto a sus objetivos de corto y largo plazo. Los objetivos planteados aportarán al
crecimiento sustentable de la industria de la Sal a través de la utilización adecuada de la
tecnología tanto en la extracción como en la elaboración y distribución del producto, es decir
en toda la cadena de suministro. Sin embargo, cabe resaltar el gran potencial de la industria
específicamente en el norte del país tanto en la extracción del insumo, así como el desarrollo
de leyes y reglamentos a favor de los extractores de Sal, específicamente en la ciudad de
Piura, que a pesar de estar en el año 2021 se sigue obteniendo de manera artesanal este
producto.
Una de las más importantes oportunidades de mejora en la empresa Daira S.A.C. así
como en la industria es la definición de una estrategia de marketing establecido, para
diferenciar la cartera de productos y la segmentación a la cual va dirigida, veremos que Daira
S.A.C. tiene una cartera de productos interesantes y rentables, que acompañados de un
marketing correcto puede superar las metas de ventas establecidas en los siguientes años.
Respecto al mercado peruano, aún queda mucho mercado por abarcar, en conjunto con esto
se ha visto en los últimos 3 años el ingreso de Sal importada a lo largo de nuestro territorio,
que siendo de la misma calidad compite a gran escala además del tema crediticio con los
supermercados mayoristas, desplazando en gran parte a la pequeña y mediana empresa
productora de Sal. Otro punto muy importante son los aspectos negativos que están afectando
a la industria, tanto en el aumento de producción de sal adulterada, así como el incorrecto uso
como materia prima para la elaboración de clorhidrato de cocaína en nuestra selva peruana.

Regarding the Peruvian market, there is still a lot of market to cover, together with this the income of imported salt has been seen in the last 3 years throughout our territory, which being of the same quality competes on a large scale in addition to the credit issue with wholesale supermarkets, largely displacing the small and medium-sized salt production company. Another very important point is the negative aspects that are affecting the industry, both in the increase in production of adulterated salt, as well as the incorrect use as raw material for the production of cocaine hydrochloride in our Peruvian jungle.
