Verolovers’ VS. ‘Sotolovers’: la construcción de identidad política a partir de los memes creados en Twitter durante la campaña presidencial 2021

El presente trabajo tiene como propósito analizar la recepción e influencia de
los memes en la identidad política de los partidarios de Verónika Mendoza y Hernando
de Soto. Por ello, el contexto en el que se centra la investigación es la Campaña
Electoral del 2021, en Perú. Para cumplir con ello, se hizo una recopilación de memes
políticos, entendidos como composiciones semióticas discursivas y artefactos culturales.
Como conclusión general, es posible aseverar que los Verolovers fueron más propensos
a transformar o cuestionar su identidad política de acuerdo a la visualización de memes.
Por otro lado, los Sotolovers mantuvieron su identidad política más estable y sin
muchos altibajos cuando visualizaban los memes.
