Abstract
En el presente artículo, se analizará la aplicación de la caducidad en el arbitraje en materia de contratación pública; a propósito de la publicación del Decreto de Urgencia N° 20-2020, que modifica la Ley de Arbitraje del Perú. Al finalizar el análisis, ofreceremos algunas alternativas de interpretación a la aplicación de la caducidad.
In this article, the application of the expiration in arbitration in public procurement matters will be analyzed; regarding the publication of the Emergency Decree N.º 20-2020, which modifies the Peruvian arbitration law. At the end of the analysis, we will offer some interpretation alternatives to the application of expiration.
