Introducción al contrato de construcción

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo el estudio del contrato de construcción. Para ello, abordaremos su evolución histórica, su relación con el contrato de obra y lo definiremos a partir de sus particularidades. Además, describiremos sus características, los sujetos parte del contrato (comitente y contratista) y sus obligaciones tipificantes y complementarias.The objective of this article is to study the construction contract. For this, we will address its historical evolution, its relationship with the construction contract and we will define it based on its particularities. In addition, we will describe its characteristics, the parties of the contract (principal and contractor) and its typifying obligations and the complementary ones.
