Patrimonio cultural y propiedad: relato de un desencuentro

Abstract

Presentamos una postura ecléctica en el debate alrededor de la propiedad sobre bienes considerados patrimonio cultural. Partimos de un posicionamiento histórico ideológico del patrimonio cultural para ensayar una definición ontológica y contextualizarla con la propiedad y sus características modernas.We present an eclectic position in the debate about the ownership of Cultural Heritage. We start from a historical ideological positioning of Cultural Heritage to test an ontological definition and contextualize it with the property and its modern features.
