El aporte por regulación en la industria de electricidad: el caso del organismo de evaluación y fiscalización ambiental

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por objeto revisar el Aporte por Regulación en beneficio del Organismo de Evaluación y Fiscalización Ambiental (OEFA), a propósito de la industria de electricidad en el Perú. En ese sentido, se analiza la naturaleza del aporte por regulación, la intervención del Estado en la industria de electricidad, la naturaleza y funciones de OEFA y la aplicación del aporte en beneficio de la referida administración pública.The purpose of this article is to review the Regulation fee for the benefit of the Agency for the assessment and environmental control (oefa), on purpose of the electricity industry in Peru. In that sense, he examines the nature of the contribution by Regulation, intervention of the State in the electricity industry, the nature and functions of oefa and the implementation of the contribution for the benefit of the Public Administration.
