Abstract
La presente entrevista busca hacer un recuento de algunos aspectos relevantes de la Nueva Ley Procesal del Trabajo y su aporte en la resolución de conflictos del ámbito laboral. Además, el entrevistado expresa su opinión respecto a dos temas de actualidad: el precedente vinculante Huatuco Huatuco y los logros de la Superintendencia Nacional de Fiscalización Laboral (SUNAFIL), a puertas de un año de su entrada en funcionamiento.
The present interview makes a recount of some relevant aspects about the New Labour Procedural Law and his main contribution on resolution of labor conflicts. Also, gives the interviewed opinion about two relevant current events: the binding precedent Huatuco and the accomplishments of SUNAFIL, about one year of its lifespan.
