En el presente artículo, el autor critica que el Tribunal Constitucional se haya irrogado la potestad de variar las cuestiones procesales en un proceso en el que se discuten temas de carácter constitucional, a través de lo que el propio Tribunal denomina su “Autonomía Procesal”.
