Resumen
El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional tiene como objetivo demostrar y documentar
el logro de las competencias profesionales adquiridas a lo largo de la carrera de Psicología y
su implementación durante las prácticas pre-profesionales en la Oficina de Bienestar de una
facultad de una universidad privada de Perú. Las necesidades y problemáticas, así como sus
soluciones, se identificaron principalmente con estudiantes de primer ciclo. Así, en el
presente documento se analizan las competencias de Diagnostica, Interviene y Evalúa
desarrolladas en diferentes actividades. Dada la falta de actividades durante las prácticas para
el análisis de la competencia Diagnostica, ello se llevó a cabo en base a la actividad realizada
como parte de un curso integrador. En líneas generales, el trabajo muestra los resultados
obtenidos en relación a las tres competencias mencionadas, así como la necesidad de ciertas
mejoras. Así se evidencia que se han llevado a cabo actividades como el trabajo con
población en situación de vulnerabilidad, charlas, procesos académicos, atenciones
psicológicas individuales y trabajo con grupos que permitieron la identificación de
problemáticas, puesta en práctica de soluciones y la evaluación de actividades. En base a ello
se han afianzado las competencias esperadas para la obtención de la Licenciatura en
Psicología.
The present Work of Professional Sufficiency aims to demonstrate and document the achievement of the professional competencies acquired throughout the career of Psychology and their implementation during the internship at a Wealth being Office from a university faculty in Peru. The needs and problems, as well as their solutions, were mainly identified with freshman year students. Thus, in this document the competencies of Diagnosis, Intervenes and Evaluates developed in different activities are analyzed. Given the lack of activities during the practices for the analysis of the Diagnostic competence, this was carried out based on the activity as part of an integrative course. In general terms, the work shows the results obtained in relation to the three mentioned competences, as well as the need for certain improvements. Thus, it is evident that activities such as work with the population in vulnerable situations, talks, academic processes, individual psychological care and work with groups that have been carried out allowed the identification of problems, implementation of solutions and the evaluation of activities. Based on this, the expected competencies for obtaining the Psychology degree have been consolidated.
