This project proposes an innovative strategy to address economic challenges in Ticlio Chico, a human settlement in Villa María del Triunfo known as the City of Gosen. The initiative aims to integrate residents into a work scheme that combines formality, flexibility, and proximity, providing employment opportunities. The digital platform Wakiy emerges as the solution, connecting customers directly to wholesale markets to ensure competitive prices. It introduces a disruptive feature, allowing collective purchases to maximize savings, incentivizing customers with additional discounts when choosing popular products or coordinating deliveries coinciding within the same area. This proposal is based on implementing express warehouses strategically located near both wholesale markets and users. Users, also known as shoppers, will primarily take on the responsibility of visiting the wholesale market, negotiating with suppliers, and making purchases corresponding to daily orders. The results of the analyses of viability, desirability, and feasibility are promising. Financially, the projected Net Present Value (NPV) for the first five years is S/ 2,767,947.53, with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 89.77%, surpassing the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) of 12.21%. Additionally, desirability is confirmed through surveys, where 87.30% of participants express interest in trying the service. Finally, operational feasibility is supported by a logistical plan anticipating the business's capacity to cover, with installed capacity, variations in demand of up to 25%.
