Abstract
El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional se centra en la valoración
global del nivel de logro de las competencias profesionales adquiridas a lo
largo de la carrera de Educación Inicial, basado en la experiencia docente en
una institución educativa privada del distrito de La Molina. El propósito del
informe es evidenciar el nivel de reflexión pedagógico y crítico alcanzado,
utilizando como herramienta el portafolio para recoger toda la información
recopilada, sistematizar y dejar en evidencia la autoevaluación docente, las
fortalezas y oportunidades de mejora. Además, se hace referencia a la
elaboración de una Unidad Didáctica, el cual se centra primero en la
contextualización de la institución educativa privada, seguido por el desarrollo
de las competencias logradas, así como también la mención de las reflexiones
sobre tal.
This Professional Sufficiency Work focuses on the overall assessment of the level of achievement of professional competences acquired throughout the Initial Education career, based on teaching experience in a private educational institution in the district of La Molina. The purpose of the report is to demonstrate the level of pedagogical and critical reflection determined, using the portfolio as a resource to collect all the information collected, systematize and highlight the teaching self-assessment, strengths and opportunities for improvement. Also, it makes reference in the development of a Didactic Unit, which focuses first on the contextualization of the private educational institution, followed by the development of the competences achieved as well as the declaration of the reflections on such.
