objetivos a corto plazo (OCP).
The purpose of this document is to prepare the Strategic Planning of the Santa María Magdalena Savings and Credit Cooperative (CACSMM) that covers a five-year time horizon (2019-2023), in order to consolidate its leadership in the field of loans at the level of the Ayacucho Region after 56 years serving its more than 130,000 members. It is important to mention that as of January 1, 2019 the new law (30822) entered into force, whose main factor is the supervision that cooperatives will have by the Superintendence of Banking and Insurance. This strategic plan begins with the establishment of the vision, mission, values and code of ethics. Then, the analysis of the financial environment of the Ayacucho Region was carried out, from which five opportunities and five threats were obtained that directly influence the Santa María Magdalena Savings and Credit Cooperative (CACSSM). Five key success factors were obtained from the analysis of the microfinance and competition sector, and five strengths and five weaknesses were obtained from the internal analysis. The four long-term objectives aligned with the vision of the cooperative are: (a) By 2023, reach placements of S / 230,000,000. At the end of the year 2018 the placements were for S / .187,000,000; (b) By 2023, reduce the delinquency level to 4.00%. At the end of 2018 the delinquency was 7.90%; (c) By 2023, obtain an income for the year of S / .10,000,000. At the end of the year of 2018 the result of the year was S / .3,069,000; (d) By 2023 obtain a return on equity (ROE) of 7.16%. At 2018 the ROE was 2.16%. The fulfillment of these long-term objectives will be possible through the execution of 14 short-term objectives (OCP).
