Modelo ProLab: JAMP, una propuesta sostenible para mejorar la atención médica oportuna de los pacientes del 1er nivel de atención de salud en la ciudad de Lima

Resumen
En el Perú, existe una significativa problemática social que afecta a muchos peruanos,
sin importar si pertenecen a sistemas de salud públicos o privados. Las deficiencias en la
infraestructura de salud, debido a la limitada capacidad de nuestro sistema de salud, dificultan
el acceso a exámenes de imágenes y laboratorio, lo que a su vez impide que los asegurados
obtengan diagnósticos oportunos. Frente a esta situación, presentamos este proyecto que, a
través de una economía colaborativa, busca asociarse con proveedores de servicios de salud
para centralizarlos en una plataforma tecnológica. Esta plataforma ayudará a los pacientes a
acceder a un directorio completo de servicios de salud, permitiéndoles filtrar de acuerdo a sus
necesidades y posibilidades. Nuestra visión es facilitar el acceso a servicios médicos de
calidad. Para concebir este proyecto, hemos utilizado una serie de herramientas basadas en la
metodología del Design Thinking, luego, trabajamos en la creación de un mapa de
experiencia para comprender el perfil del usuario y las realidades a las que se enfrentan.
Además, empleamos el lienzo 6x6 para definir un objetivo y proponer soluciones a los
problemas que enfrenta nuestro usuario. Además, esta iniciativa contribuye a los objetivos de
desarrollo sostenible (ODS 3 - Salud y Bienestar).
Finalmente, las métricas financieras confirman que el proyecto es viable desde el
punto de vista económico, lo que garantiza que generará beneficios para los inversores. Las
proyecciones muestran un valor actual neto de $112,184, una tasa interna de retorno del
93.5% y un período de recuperación de la inversión de un año y dos meses.
In Peru, there is a significant social problem that affects many Peruvians, regardless of whether they belong to public or private health systems. Deficiencies in health infrastructure, due to the limited capacity of our health system, hinder access to imaging and laboratory tests, which in turn prevents the insured from obtaining timely diagnoses. Faced with this situation, we present this project that, through a collaborative economy, seeks to partner with health service providers to centralize them in a technological platform. This platform will help patients to access a complete directory of health services, allowing them to filter them according to their needs and possibilities. Our vision is to facilitate access to quality medical services. To conceive this project, we used a series of tools based on the Design Thinking methodology, then, we worked on the creation of an experience map to understand the user profile and the realities they face. In addition, we used the 6x6 canvas to define an objective and propose solutions to the problems faced by our user. Furthermore, this initiative contributes to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-Being). Finally, financial metrics confirm that the project is economically viable, ensuring that it will generate returns for investors. The projections show a net present value of $112,184, an internal rate of return of 93.5% and a payback period of one year and two months.
