Resumen
El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional tiene como objetivo reportar el grado de logro
de las competencias del perfil de egreso de licenciatura en Psicología de la Pontificia
Universidad Católica del Perú, a través de las prácticas preprofesionales en un colegio
privado de Lima Metropolitana. Por ello, se abarca la competencia Diagnostica, la cual
presenta el trabajo realizado en el curso de Psicología y Desarrollo Integral, en donde se
identificó una problemática en una facultad de la universidad, y se elaboró una intervención
en base a ello. En la competencia Interviene, se mencionan intervenciones psicoeducativas
ejecutadas durante el tiempo de práctica pre profesional, tales como: clases de Formación y
Bienestar, trabajo en el programa Quest y la elaboración de material informativo para padres.
En lo que respecta a la competencia Evalúa, se exponen los instrumentos elaborados para
valorar la eficacia, eficiencia, efectividad y ética de la labor y desempeño como practicante.
Finalmente, el documento concluye con una reflexión en base a las fortalezas y dificultades
identificadas.
The objective of this Professional Sufficiency Work is to report the degree of achievement of the competences of the graduate profile of the bachelor's degree in Psychology of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, through pre-professional practices in a private school in Metropolitan Lima. Therefore, the Diagnostic competence is covered, which presents the work carried out in the psychology and Integral Development course, where a problem was identified in a faculty of the university, and an intervention was developed based on it. In the Intervenes competition, psychoeducational interventions carried out during the time of pre-professional practice are mentioned, such as: Training and Wellness classes, work in the Quest program and the elaboration of informative material for parents. With regard to the Evalua competence, the instruments developed to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, effectiveness and ethics of the work and performance as a practitioner are presented. Finally, the document concludes with a reflection based on the strengths and difficulties identified.
