Abstract
Con el presente trabajo se realizó el diagnóstico operativo a la empresa Inversiones y
Negociaciones Del Prado, donde se desarrollaron diversos capítulos que contienen las áreas
de mayor relevancia dentro de la organización, con el propósito de generar propuestas que
sean beneficiosas para la empresa.
La tesis está compuesta de 15 Capítulos, en los cuales se analizaron temas
relacionados con la descripción de la organización, desarrollo de marco teórico de los
capítulos y dimensionamiento de planta, planeamiento y diseño de productos, planeamiento y
diseño de proceso, planeamiento y diseño de planta, planeamiento y diseño del trabajo,
planeamiento agregado, programación de operaciones productivas, gestión logística, gestión
de costos, gestión y control de calidad, gestión de mantenimiento y cadena de suministro.
Finalmente, en el Capítulo 15 contiene el resumen y recomendaciones de la tesis. En el
desarrollo de la tesis se proponen mejoras que serán analizadas con el enfoque de elevar la
rentabilidad y perfeccionar los métodos de trabajo. Las mejoras desarrolladas se enfocan en
capítulos de gestión, como planeamiento y diseño de producto, planeamiento y diseño de
proceso, gestión de logística, gestión de costos y gestión de mantenimiento, donde se
utilizarán diversas metodologías de gestión y se aplicarán herramientas de análisis para
cuantificarlas y generar reducción de gastos significativos para la empresa.
Con estas mejoras se obtendrán beneficios en la reducción de los gastos para el año
2018, por un monto de S/ 3,133,966.35, que representa el 15% de las ventas anuales en
promedio de S/ 21’232,344, donde se obtendrá un precio más competitivo en el mercado y se
mejorará el posicionamiento como empresa líder en el sector; brindando una mejor opción de
compra para sus clientes.

With the present work, the Operational Business Diagnosis made to the company Inversiones y Negociaciones Del Prado. In this work we are going to develop chapters that will contain the most relevant areas within the organization, with the purpose of generating proposals that are beneficial to the organization. The thesis is composed of 15 chapters, which will analyze topics related to the description of the organization, development of the theoretical framework of the chapters and sizing of plant, product planning and design, process planning and design, plant planning and design, planning and work design, aggregate planning, production operations scheduling, logistics management, cost management, quality management and control, maintenance management, and supply chain. Finally, chapter 15 contains the summary and recommendations of the thesis. In the development of the thesis will propose improvements that will be analyze with the approach of increasing profitability and improving working methods. The improvements developed focus on management chapters, such as product planning and design, process planning and design, logistics management, cost management and maintenance management, where various management methodologies will be use and analytical tools will be applied to quantify them and generate significant savings in the company. With these improvement proposals, benefits will be obtained in the reduction of expenses for the year 2018, for an amount of S / 3,133,966.35, which represents 15% of the annual sales on average of S / 21'232.344. Being able to obtain a more competitive price in the market and will improve the positioning as a leading company in the sector; providing a better purchase option for your customers.
