In this study, a moderate positive correlation was determined between workers' Job Satisfaction and the Transformational Leadership style (.42) and Transactional Leadership style (.45). As for the Laissez-Faire style, the existence of an indirect relationship was confirmed (-.40) with Job Satisfaction. On the other hand, no significant relationship was found between Job Satisfaction and Emotional Intelligence.
