Abstract
Secondary education is an essential stage for teenagers to acquire knowledge, values, beliefs and life skills; it is decisive for their development and their communities. Therefore, when included in the educational practice, the development of entrepreneurial and socio-emotional skills provides students with innovative solutions and high-impact tools so that they can face the future, bridge the inequality gap, create human capital and contribute to closing the cycle of poverty to improve the quality of life in the country. This is qualitative research. It is focused on one of the Leader Teacher Secondary project strategies, which is the implementation of the radio show entitled Life is Young [La Vida es Joven]; the goal is to identify if this strategy contributed to reinforcing socio-emotional and entrepreneurial skills of students who listen and participate in the radio show by analyzing the participation of beneficiaries, the contribution of the topics addressed and the perception of the main actors of the strategy. This research shows the importance of setting the right strategies, such as educational radio shows, to achieve the goals of educational projects using the social management approach that, based on the strategic processes, commits to social development to obtain results and to improve the quality of life.
