The present research aims to describe the Relational Configurations in people diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. For this purpose, a study was carried out from a qualitative methodology of multiple cases. Two people diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia participated and two interview sessions were conducted with each participant. In the first, a semi-structured interview was conducted, while in the next session the interview "Paradigm treatment was carried out through a deductive and inductive thematic analysis. (Braun & Clarke. 2006). The results suggest the existence of two transversal relational configurations and a prevalent relational configuration corresponding to each participant. It was found that the participants have desires for recognition and support from another, which can determine they try to communicate that schizophrenia cannot be a determining factor to stop their objectives. The prevailing relational configuration of one of the participants is characterized by the interaction of a self represented as being persecuted or invaded, which gives respect to their personal limits. The prevailing relational configuration of the second participant shows desires to identify with another. This interaction will occur through primary processes of Relationships Anecdotes" (Luborsky, 1998) was applied. Likewise, the information the The transversal configuration shows an interaction of people with themselves, in which identification and idealization of the object, which are mechanisms that characterize the phenomenology of psychosis.
