Traducción al castellano del famoso ensayo de Emilio Betti “Ragione e azione”, en el cual el insigne jurista italiano expone su posición sobre el atormentado tema del derecho de acción, abandonando su primigenia adhesión a la teoría “concreta”, acercándose a una concepción “más abstracta”.
Translation into Spanish of Emilio Betti’s famous essay "Ragione e azione", in which the distinguished Italian jurist sets out his position on the tormented subject of the right of action, abandoning his primal adherence to "concrete" theory, approaching a "more abstract" conception.
