Resumen
La presente investigación, desarrolla una propuesta disruptiva para la creación de una
aplicación móvil que tiene como propósito ayudar a incrementar los ingresos económicos de mujeres y
hombres, mayores de edad y con residencia en Lima, que ofrecen servicios para el hogar de manera
independiente. La aplicación permitirá ofrecer de forma fácil, confiable y segura servicios para el
hogar, una amplia oferta por tipo de servicio, horario y ubicación e incluso tener disponible
información sobre calificación en servicios brindados serán los elementos diferenciadores. Se
denominará socios a las mujeres y hombres que ofrecen servicios para el hogar. El público objetivo al
que se le ofrecerán los servicios estará compuesto por familias, de los niveles socioeconómicos A, B y
C, residentes en el distrito de Lima, que necesitan contratar servicios para el hogar con un alto
porcentaje de seguridad. Ellos serán denominados clientes.
La necesidad del público objetivo de contratar servicios para el hogar surge principalmente
por su falta de tiempo. Sin embargo, en la actualidad no se conocen muchas ofertas al respecto. Existe
desconfianza en dejar ingresar a sus hogares a desconocidos y exponerse a robos, precios altos y la
poca disponibilidad de oferentes conocidos y/o recomendados. Esos son los principales problemas a
los que se enfrentan las familias de acuerdo con la investigación. Esta propuesta de negocio va a
contribuir con el ODS N°8, promoviendo un crecimiento económico inclusivo y sostenible de los
socios a partir de cumplir con siete de las diez metas establecidas para el ODS. El VAN social del
proyecto tiene un valor de US$ 1’002,934 y se ha estimado para el negocio una inversión inicial total
de US$ 170,247, con un VAN US$ 1’008,586 y TIR de 149%.
The present investigation develops a disruptive proposal for the creation of a mobile application with the purpose of helping to increase the economic income of women and men, of legal age and residing in Lima, who offer home services independently. The application will make it possible to offer a wide range of services in an easily, reliable, and safe way. Those services can vary by type, hours and location and even having available information about the qualification of the services provided. We will call people who offer home services, partners. Target audience to which they will offer the services consist on families from socioeconomic levels A, B and C, living in Lima, who need to hire home services with a high level of security. They will be called clients. The need of the target audience to hire home services arises mainly due to their lack of time. However, currently there are not many offers in this regard. There is distrust on letting strangers into their homes and exposing themselves to theft, high prices and low availability of known and/or recommended suppliers. Those are the main problems that families face according to the research. This business proposal will contribute to ODS No. 8, promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth of the partners after meeting seven of the ten goals established for the ODS. The social NPV of the project has a value of US$ 1’002,934 and total initial investment of US$ 170,247 has been estimated for the business and, according to the results of the financial analysis, a NPV of US$ 1’008,586 was obtained with an IRR of 149%.
