Abstract
El presente documento tiene por objetivo exponer un análisis de las competencias de egreso de la
facultad de Psicología PUCP concretadas en los cursos integradores y las prácticas preprofesionales
en una consultora organizacional de Lima Metropolitana. Estas se verán demostradas
en el diseño y desarrollo de intervenciones, y capacitaciones en los ámbitos educativos y
empresariales. Las competencias desarrolladas son: (i) Diagnóstica, la cual toma lugar en un curso
integrador propuesto por la Facultad de Psicología, en el que se trabajó con miembros claves de la
Facultad de Estudios Generales Letras, en respecto a un problema sentido, y el proceso de cómo
llegar hasta dicho problema, (ii) Interviene, en la cual se trabajó durante el periodo de prácticas pre
profesionales con el objetivo de mejorar el abordaje con los candidatos que venían en busca de un
puesto laboral y, finalmente, (iii) Evalúa, el cuyo también tuvo lugar en el centro de prácticas, cuyo
objetivo era estimar el proceso de evaluación por el cual los candidatos tenían que atravesar. Estas
tres competencias van acordes con cumplimiento de la normativa vigente para obtener el título
profesional.
The objective of this paper is to present an analysis of the graduation competencies of the Faculty of Psychology PUCP specified in the integrative courses and the pre-professional practices in an organizational consulting firm in Metropolitan Lima. These will be demonstrated in the design and development of interventions, and training in the educational and business fields. The competencies developed: (i) Diagnosis, which takes place in an integrative course proposed by the Faculty of Psychology, in which key members of the Faculty of General Studies Letters were worked on, regarding a felt problem, and the process of how to reach said problem, (ii) Intervenes, in which work was carried out during the pre-professional internship period with the aim of improving the approach with the candidates who came looking for a job and, finally, (iii) Evaluate, which also took place in the practice center, whose objective was to estimate the evaluation process that the candidates had to go through. These three skills are consistent with compliance with current regulations to obtain the professional title.
