Abstract

Este artículo explora la regulación que a nivel constitucional y legal existe en relación al sistema financiero, con especial énfasis en los aspectos de libre competencia y consumo financiero. Para ello, se analizará cómo se encuentra conformado el sistema financiero y, posteriormente, qué aspectos se han regulado para favorecer un mercado financiero competitivo.This article explores the constitutional and legal regulation that exists in relation to the financial system, with special emphasis on aspects of free competition and financial consumption. For this we will see how the financial system is shaped and, subsequently, what aspects have been regulated to favor a competitive financial market.
