Abstract

The research was conducted under a non-experimental quantitative approach, with transactional descriptive design and scope. Because the textile industry is broad in its activities, for the study were selected by simple probability sampling a set of 84 companies belonging to Divisions 13 and 14 which grants (ISIC) International Standard Classification Industrial, segments which prepares with no synthetic fibers (threads) and those that produce garments with woven fabrics or fabrics who answered a questionnaire of 35 questions, with no apparent sequence internally structured in nine groups or quality factors such as (a) Senior Management (b) Planning quality, (c) Audit and quality assessment, (d) Design of the product, (e) Quality Management Supplier (f) Control and process improvement, (g) Education and training, (h) Quality Circles (i) Focus on customer satisfaction.
