Abstract
Recruiters within the field of service companies have difficulties connecting and selecting suitable personnel to cover the needs of temporary and short-term jobs (Job, C. 2020), who have flexible hours and carry out their work responsibly, capable and confident. Contracted personnel must possess the minimum skills that guarantee good performance without having a criminal and police record (Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, 2011). Premises with which we identify two types of users within the business model; the companies that access an application to the registered and validated job offers, and the applicants that will be hired according to their profile and level of experience. In the development of the research work, the Design Thinking methodology has been applied, seeking to empathize, prototype and test the two users, using hypotheses, surveys, interviews and the implementation of sprints, allowing to identify needs, and to be addressed with a value proposition through the solution of the minimum viable product (PMV). Regarding feasibility, it was supported by a marketing and operations plan, reaching a ratio of customer lifetime value (VTVC) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) of 4.18 supported by an efficiency level of 85.78%, exceeding expectations. In reference to feasibility, we have an initial investment of S/173,876.68 obtaining a NPV of S/4,045,040.64 and an IRR of 197% for a five-year horizon, in addition, positive returns are reflected in our cash flow from the second year. Finally, within the social relevance, we have aligned ourselves with SDGs 8 and 10 that are framed in decent work and economic growth, and the reduction of inequalities, respectively, obtaining a VANS of S/70,343,159.41. Based on the indicators obtained, we can conclude that the proposed solution generates benefits for society, supporting Llamkay as a responsible and viable business model.
