50%.
This document presents an innovative project based on the application of the Design Thinking methodology, being identified as a result of a problem of limited access to financing for minor vehicles (motorcycles) for an unattended segment in the local market, considering that these vehicles are necessary for executing home delivery and courier services, which are currently highly demanded. The proposal consists of implementing and starting a financing business for acquiring motorcycles under the leasing modality. The project initially offers four brand models in demand by the target audience, mainly consumers of socioeconomic levels C, D, and E, who want to acquire a motorcycle as a working asset or transportation, and who do not have access to credit in traditional banking. As a competitive advantage, the proposal focuses on a disruptive process of agile evaluation and rapid vehicle delivery. This process is supported by technology that reduces the risk of arrears and allows unit monitoring online. The desirability and feasibility of the project are supported by the marketing plan, the operations plan, and the results obtained through targeted surveys of potential customers. The viability is supported by the main financial indicators evaluated with a horizon of five years of operation, obtaining an NPV of S/5,480,715 and an IRR of 133% through an initial investment of S/737,989, with a sustained monthly sales growth of 10.9%. Finally, it is concluded that YAMOTORS is an innovative, attractive, and highly profitable business, satisfying market demand; and allowing it to be sustainable and scalable, impacting three SDGs since it estimates a VANS of S/31,562,498, with an IRS of 50%.
