Abstract
For the development of the project, it began with the identification of the problem, in which many times people, due to the accelerated pace of life they present, do not have time to cook, have a sedentary life, do not have good eating habits, causing a nutritional disorder and weight gain in overweight and obese people between 30 and 39 years old located in Metropolitan Lima, who, by dedicating a lot of time to their working life, end up affecting their health. Considering this scenario of high prevalence in Metropolitan Lima of people suffering from overweight and obesity, Food & Fit was created, which is a website and mobile APP, under the Dark Kitchen business model, which offers meal plans with organic ingredients, with home delivery included, it also offers support and accompaniment with nutrition professionals and the possibility of having orientation and physical training plans appropriate to the user's physical condition, where they have the possibility of integrating a community with people in a similar condition, for purposes joint motivation. Additionally, it integrates in its processes the recycling of organic waste generated in the production of food. Food & Fit is developed under agile methodologies with a focus on the user, which is why we carry out each of the stages of design thinking and its canvases. With an investment of S/ 390,136.80 made solely by contributions from shareholders, the project generates an economic net present value (NPV) of S/ 3,202,437 and in the social sphere, the project impacts three sustainable development goals (SDG) obtaining a VANS of S/ 4,258,764.47.
