Resumen
Ecoladrillos S.R.L, es una empresa peruana que busca innovación sostenible en el
desarrollo de maquinarías que transforman residuos en materiales usables para la construcción,
asimismo comercializa la venta de ladrillos fabricados con material reciclado a nivel local e
internacional, sus principales clientes son en el mercado extranjero, constructoras y otras no
necesariamente del rubro de construcción pero que requieren la transformación de sus residuos.
El propósito de la consultoría fue identificar el problema clave de la empresa mediante
una serie de estudios y análisis de estas causas buscando proponer soluciones de crecimiento. El
principal problema fue el inexistente posicionamiento a nivel nacional que no permite el
crecimiento en ventas en el País
El enfoque de la estrategia de marketing permitirá construir una relación con el público
en general, primero para dar a conocer el producto, luego para crear solidez de la marca y tercero
para ser la primera opción de compra; la constante comunicación en medios digitales y masivos
ayudará a crear una relación con posibles compradores con argumentos racionales y emocionales
generando toma de conciencia de los riesgos de continuar construcciones de forma tradicional
versus los beneficios de los Ecoladrillos y derivados.
Esta propuesta de solución demostró mediante la evaluación económica y financiera del
proyecto, la viabilidad del mismo donde el VAN igual a S/. 848,112.57 nuevos soles luego de
deducir la inversión hasta 250,000.00 Nuevos soles y el retorno de inversión supera el costo de
capital con un resultado TIR de 124.21%. Los indicadores obtenidos demuestran que el desarrollo de la solución para la empresa es
un proyecto económicamente viable y representa una oportunidad para que la empresa inicie un
nuevo enfoque y estrategia de la marca junto con sus colaboradores.
Ecoladrillos S.R.L, is a Peruvian company that seeks sustainable innovation in the development of machinery that transforms waste into usable materials for construction. It also sells bricks made from recycled material locally and internationally, its main customers are in the foreign market, construction companies and others not necessarily in the construction industry but that require the transformation of their waste. The purpose of the consultancy was to identify the key problem of the company through a series of studies and analysis of these causes, seeking to propose solutions for growth. The main problem was the non-existent positioning at national level that does not allow the growth in sales in the country. The focus of the marketing strategy will allow building a relationship with the general public, first to make the product known, then to create brand strength and third to be the first option for purchase; constant communication in digital and mass media will help create a relationship with potential buyers with rational and emotional arguments generating awareness of the risks of continuing construction in the traditional way versus the benefits of EcoBricks and derivatives. This proposed solution demonstrated, through the economic and financial evaluation of the plan, the viability of the project. The NPV equals S/. 848,112.57 soles after subtracting the investment of up to S/. 250,000.00 soles, and the return on investment exceeds the cost of capital with an IRR of 124.21%. The indicators obtained show that the development of the solution for the company is an economically viable project and represents an opportunity for Ecoladrillos S.R.L, to initiate a new approach and brand strategy together with its partners.
