Abstract
En estos últimos años, la inclusión educativa ha sido un emergente desafío para las escuelas
de Educación Básica Regular, sin embargo, su práctica es un factor decisivo para brindar una
educación de calidad a todos los estudiantes, sin distinciones. Este estudio se ha centrado
en las experiencias docentes para la inclusión de estudiantes con el Trastorno del Espectro
Autista, que cursan el primer año de educación primaria en una institución privada de Breña.
El objetivo general fue analizar las concepciones que presentan los docentes sobre este
proceso y las experiencias significativas que conforman junto con sus estudiantes. Por este
motivo, la metodología es de carácter cualitativo y el nivel descriptivo. Para la recopilación de
la información se seleccionaron a tres docentes del nivel primaria y realizaron entrevistas
semiestructuradas bajo los principios de la ética de investigación. Los resultados evidencian
una apremiante necesidad de promover la formación docente sobre estos temas, además de
soporte emocional para enfrentar las situaciones adversas de la práctica docente. Asimismo,
la urgencia de una mayor presencia del Gobierno a través de distintos servicios y
financiamiento a las escuelas inclusivas de todos los niveles y clases socioeconómicas del
país, pues es una condición fundamental y determinante para la educación inclusiva.
In recent years, educational inclusion has been an emerging challenge for Regular Basic Education schools, however, its practice is a decisive factor in providing quality education to all students, without distinction. This study has focused on the teaching experiences for the inclusion of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, who are in the first year of primary education in a private institution in Breña. The general objective was to analyze the teachers' conceptions of this process and the significant experiences that they have with their students. For this reason, the methodology is qualitative and descriptive. For the collection of information, three primary school teachers were selected and semi-structured interviews were conducted under the principles of research ethics. The results show an urgent need to promote teacher training on these issues, as well as emotional support to face adverse situations in teaching practice. Likewise, the urgency of a greater government presence through different services and funding for inclusive schools at all levels and socio-economic classes in the country, as this is a fundamental and determining condition for inclusive education.
