Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como título: Percepciones docentes sobre la
convivencia democrática y participación de niños de 5 años de una Institución
Educativa Pública de Comas. La investigación considera como objetivo general
analizar las percepciones de las docentes sobre la convivencia democrática y
participación de los niños de 5 años en una Institución Educativa Pública de Comas.
En cuanto a los objetivos específicos, en primer lugar, se considera describir los
discursos sobre la convivencia democrática que presentan las docentes de los niños
de 5 años de una Institución Educativa Pública de Comas, y como segundo objetivo,
es describir los discursos de las docentes acerca de la participación de los niños de
5 años de una Institución Educativa Pública de Comas. Por otro lado, este estudio
descriptivo presenta un enfoque cualitativo -que se manifiesta a partir del problema
de conocer cuáles son las percepciones de las docentes sobre la convivencia
democrática y participación de los niños de 5 años. Asimismo, el diseño de
instrumento, que analiza las percepciones docentes, es la entrevista, aplicando una
guía semiestructurada, y cumpliendo los protocolos éticos. Por último, la
investigación muestra que las percepciones docentes consideran la convivencia
democrática y participación como ejes fundamentales para el desarrollo de los
niños, así como también se destaca, en el estudio, la importancia ejercer prácticas
participativas que promuevan una convivencia democrática en los niños a través de
una pedagogía de la escucha.
This research is entitled teachers' perceptions about democratic coexistence and participation of 5-year-old children from a Public Educational Institution in Comas. The study considers as a general objective to analyse the perceptions of teachers about democratic coexistence and participation of 5-year-old children in a Public Educational Institution of Comas. Regarding the specific objectives, in the first place, it is considered to describe the discourses on democratic coexistence presented by the teachers of the 5-year-old children of a Public Educational Institution of Comas, and as a second objective, it is to describe the discourses of the teachers about the participation of 5-year-old children from a Public Educational Institution of Comas. On the other hand, this descriptive study presents a qualitative approach that manifests itself from the problem of correctly knowing the perceptions of teachers about democratic coexistence and participation of 5-year-old children. Likewise, the design of the instrument, which analyses the teaching perceptions, is the interview, applying a semi-structured guide, and complying with the ethical protocols. Finally, the research shows that teachers' perceptions considering democratic coexistence and participation as fundamental axes for the development of children, as well as highlighting, in the study, the importance of exercising participatory practices that promote democratic coexistence in children through a pedagogy of listening.
