Abstract
El emprendimiento en el Perú representa en la actualidad uno de los principales
motores de crecimiento de la economía, lo cual permite la creación de las micro, pequeña y
medianas empresas (MiPyMes). Precisamente estas empresas contribuyen al 30% del PBI y
al 60% de la PEA. Sin embargo, alrededor del 7.5% de estos negocios cierran anualmente
debido a diversos factores, siendo uno de los más relevantes el factor financiero como la falta
de liquidez que se relaciona directamente con una inadecuada gestión financiera.
El presente proyecto ha sido estructurado y diseñado en base a una investigación
realizada durante los últimos cinco meses, en la cual se plantea implantar el servicio de
limpieza para hogares y empresas ubicados en la ciudad de Trujillo. La información
recolectada permitió determinar la viabilidad del negocio, considerando el año 2021 como el
año cero para el proyecto. Resultó de vital importancia determinar el mercado objetivo, el
perfil y el comportamiento del consumidor, así como las oportunidades que se presentan ante
los cambios en el rol de la familia moderna y sofisticada, el crecimiento de los diferentes
sectores empresariales y la carencia creciente de empleadas domésticas en la ciudad de
Trujillo. Debido a la actual coyuntura en el país ocasionada por pandemia COVID-19, este
servicio se ha convertido en urgente.
All Clean S.A.C. lanzará al mercado su propuesta de servicio con el slogan
“Apreciamos tu tiempo, limpiamos tu espacio, cuidamos tu salud”, brindando servicios de
limpieza integral doméstica, dirigida a personas que viven en edificios por departamentos o
casas, ubicados en zonas como urbanizaciones El Golf, California, San Fernando, Primavera;
sin embargo, esto no excluye a los demás distritos de la ciudad. Las estrategias diseñadas
para el presente proyecto están enfocadas en posicionar la marca y la empresa como una
alternativa innovadora, segura y confiable, factores que en suma harían la “diferenciación”
del resto de competidores del mercado. Se ha propuesto una estructura organizacional básica administrativa de soporte y apoyo al gran número de personal de limpieza con que va a contar
la empresa, con mucho énfasis en la supervisión continua de la calidad en la ejecución y
entrega del servicio, y en desarrollo de eficiencias en tiempo y traslado.
Las proyecciones sobre las ventas y los ingresos se han sustentado en base a la
información de la investigación de mercado. Esta determina el porcentaje de hogares y
empresas interesados en contratar los servicios de All Clean S.A.C., la frecuencia requerida
del servicio, las horas destinadas a realizar la labor de limpieza y el precio al cual estarían
dispuestos a pagar por el servicio. La inversión requerida para el proyecto All Clean S.A.C.,
está conformada por activos tangibles e intangibles, gastos pre-operativos y capital de trabajo
ascendería a S/ 82,166.50, inversión que aportarían los socios de la empresa en 35%, y 65%
con financiamiento bancario a un plazo de tres años. Por otro lado, los flujos económicos del
proyecto con un costo de oportunidad de capital (COC) del 12.84%, reportarían un Valor
Actual Neto (VAN) de S/ 666.816.89 y una TIR de 84.81%. Por otro lado, para un escenario
pesimista se reportaría un Valor Actual Neto (VAN) de S/ 202.896.78 y una TIR de 35.57%.
Entrepreneurship in Peru currently represents one of the main growth engines of the economy, which allows the creation of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. Precisely these companies contribute 30% of the GDP and 60% of the EAP. However, around 7.5% of these businesses close annually due to various factors, mainly due to the financial factor such as lack of liquidity that is directly related to inadequate financial management. This project has been structured and designed based on an investigation carried out during the last five months, in which it is proposed to implement the cleaning service for homes and companies located in the city of Trujillo. The information collected made it possible to determine the viability of the business, considering the year 2021 as year zero for the project. It was of vital importance to determine the target market, the profile and consumer behavior, as well as the opportunities that arise in the face of changes in the role of modern and sophisticated families, the growth of different business sectors and the growing shortage of domestic employees. Due to the current situation in the country caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, this service has become urgent. All Clean S.A.C. will launch its service proposal with the slogan “We appreciate your time, we clean your space, we take care of your health”. The company will provide comprehensive domestic cleaning services, aimed at people who live in apartment buildings or houses, located in areas such as El Golf, California, San Fernando, Primavera; however, this does not exclude the other districts of the city. The strategies designed for this project are focused on positioning the brand and the company as an innovative, safe and reliable alternative, factors that in sum would make the "differentiation" from the rest of the market competitors. A basic administrative organizational structure has been proposed to support the large number of cleaning personnel that the company will have, with great emphasis on continuous quality supervision in the execution and delivery of the service and on the development of efficiencies in time and transfer. Sales and revenue projections have been based on information from market research. This determines the percentage of homes and companies interested in hiring the services of All Clean S.A.C., the required frequency of the service, the hours devoted to cleaning and the price at which they would be willing to pay for the service. The investment required for the All Clean S.A.C. project are in tangible and intangible assets, pre-operating expenses and working capital would amount to S /82,166.50. 35% of the investment would be provided by the company's partners and the remaining 65% would have bank financing for a term of three years.
