The research answers the following questions, What were the levels of school life satisfaction, what were the coping strategies that students developed to stay at the College and what educational management strategies were implemented to promote student satisfaction?; quantitative and qualitative methodological strategies were used to acquit these questions; questionnaire, audio and direct interview tools were applied to the unit of analysis (120 students), and to representatives of the educational management of the project. Among the main findings of the research we can mention the following: a group of sad students, with health problems and other related indispositions mainly, because of longing for their families; as well as a group of students who are satisfied to recognize that they have the opportunity to achieve their goals and objectives in life. In relation to the educational management strategies that were implemented from 2012 to 2019, they began with the decentralization of the project to other regions, through the modality of High Performance Schools - COAR, implementing and homogenizing educational strategies, for the process of adapting to coexistence and academic aspects.
