Lineamientos para la creación del Repositorio Institucional del Ejército del Perú

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo establecer lineamientos para la creación de repositorios institucionales sostenibles en el tiempo, con estos, se desarrolló la propuesta de creación del Repositorio Institucional del Ejército del Perú que está a cargo de la Biblioteca General y Aula Virtual del Ejército. En este trabajo de suficiencia profesional se utilizó la revisión de documentos y se aplicó una entrevista a las autoridades de la institución como medio para obtener información que sirvió para desarrollar el primer paso de los lineamientos. El compromiso de las altas autoridades fue imprescindible para el éxito del proyecto, sin dicho apoyo no hay ninguna posibilidad de poder crear un repositorio institucional. La información obtenida de las entrevistas sirvió para encontrar la mejor estrategia y lograr el compromiso y apoyo de las autoridades que hará posible la implementación del repositorio institucional, siguiendo todos los pasos de la metodología propuesta.

The objective of this study was to establish guidelines for the creation of institutional repositories sustainable over time, with these, the proposal for the creation of the Institutional Repository of the Peruvian Army was developed, which is in charge of the General Library and Virtual Classroom of the Army. In this work of professional sufficiency, the review of documents was used and an interview with the authorities of the institution was applied as a means to obtain information that served to develop the first step of the guidelines. The commitment of the high authorities was essential for the success of the project; without this support there is no possibility of creating an institutional repository. The information obtained from the interviews served to find the best strategy and achieve the commitment and support of the authorities that will make possible the implementation of the institutional repository, following all the steps of the proposed methodology.
