Abstract
La fluidez lectora es una de las habilidades necesarias para lograr la comprensión.
Por tal motivo, en los últimos años países con un evidente avance educativo, tales
como España y Chile, la han incorporado como uno de los objetivos de aprendizaje
en la lectura. En ese sentido, los docentes debemos conocer de estrategias para
desarrollarla en los estudiantes. Ante ello, la presente tesis tiene como objetivo general
analizar los efectos de la estrategia didáctica teatro de lectores en la fluidez lectora de
los estudiantes de tercer grado de primaria en una institución educativa pública de
Lima Metropolitana. Se trata de un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo y de nivel
exploratorio. La muestra está conformada por 15 estudiantes de un salón de tercer
grado de primaria. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron una prueba de lectura oral y una
escala de fluidez que permitieron medir la fluidez lectora (exactitud, automatización y
prosodia) antes y después de la intervención. Como resultado del análisis, se concluyó
que tras la aplicación de la estrategia didáctica teatro de lectores, los estudiantes
mejoraron en cada componente de la fluidez lectora.
Reading fluency is one of the skills needed to achieve comprehension. For this reason, in recent years countries with an evident educational advance, such as Spain and Chile, have incorporated it as one of the learning objectives in reading. In that sense, teachers must know strategies to develop it in students. Given this, this thesis has the general objective of analyzing the effects of the theater of readers didactic strategy on the reading fluency of third grade primary school students in a public educational institution in Metropolitan Lima. This is a study with a quantitative approach and an exploratory level. The sample is made up of 15 students from a third grade classroom. The instruments used were an oral reading test and a fluency scale that allowed measuring reading fluency (accuracy, automation and prosody) before and after the intervention. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that after the application of the theater of readers didactic strategy, the students improved in each component of reading fluency.
