Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo central identificar la
manera en la que la Comunicación para el Cambio Social y de Comportamiento
se complementa con la Indagación Apreciativa, todo esto con miras a
desarrollar una propuesta de metodología que pueda implementarse en
proyectos de innovación social y fortalezcan las capacidades individuales,
comunitarias y la revalorización de recursos locales. Se ha realizado un estudio
de caso, aplicando una metodología cualitativa, sobre un proyecto desarrollado
por la ONG AMPA Perú. Gracias a esto, se ha concluido que la CCSyC, y la IA,
pueden complementarse al generar un trabajo que parte desde el individuo y su
comunidad, y es gracias al fortalecimiento del tejido social que se logra crear
un espacio propicio para la innovación social en el que el proceso de
revalorización de recursos y ecosistemas juega un papel muy importante,
dando lugar al desarrollo de la identidad y sentido de pertenencia.
The main objective of this research is to identify the way in which Communication for Social and Behavioral Change complements Appreciative Inquiry, with a view to developing a methodology proposal that can be implemented in social innovation projects and strengthen individual and community capacities and the revaluation of local resources. A case study has been carried out, applying a qualitative methodology, on a project developed by the NGO AMPA Peru. Thanks to this, it has been concluded that SBCC and IA can complement each other by generating work that starts from the individual and his or her community, and it is thanks to the strengthening of the social fabric that an enabling space for social innovation is created in which the process of revaluation of resources and ecosystems plays a very important role.
