Abstract
El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional se desarrolla desde una
experiencia significativa relacionada con el fortalecimiento de las capacidades
de las tutoras de una residencia de atención infantil de un distrito de Lima
Metropolitana para favorecer la autonomía y la seguridad afectiva de los niños
y las niñas. La motivación para realizar este trabajo surge en la investigadora
al tener la oportunidad de compartir sus conocimientos en crianza y
acompañamiento a la primera infancia, basados en una perspectiva respetuosa
del desarrollo infantil, con el equipo de una residencia de atención infantil. Se
inició con la generación de la pregunta: ¿Cómo realizar el fortalecimiento de las
capacidades de las tutoras para favorecer la autonomía y la seguridad afectiva
de los niños y las niñas de una residencia de atención infantil de un distrito de
Lima Metropolitana? Como objetivos se propusieron: describir la experiencia
desarrollada para el fortalecimiento de las capacidades de las tutoras,
reflexionar sobre las competencias profesionales mostradas en la ejecución de
la experiencia mediante el uso de la narración reflexiva y analizar el perfil
profesional del egresado a partir de la formación inicial para proponer mejoras,
de modo que responda a los retos de nuestra sociedad actual. La metodología
de este trabajo es cualitativa, aplicando las siguientes estrategias: descripción,
análisis y comprensión de experiencias y conceptos. Se concluye con aspectos
clave que surgen desde la experiencia realizada con las tutoras y la
investigadora frente a la experiencia significativa. En primer lugar, las tutoras le
dieron importancia al aprendizaje continuo integrando los nuevos
conocimientos adquiridos en su trabajo, destacando el compromiso de revisar
constantemente sus prácticas de crianza. Esto indica una disposición para
autoevaluarse y mejorar la calidad de crianza, así como el reconocimiento de
la necesidad de cambio y la adaptación para el progreso y la mejora en el
cuidado de los niños. Con relación a la investigadora, la elaboración del
presente trabajo permitió la vivenciación de un proceso reflexivo a través del
cual pudo ser consciente de las competencias profesionales que ha
desarrollado, los retos profesionales que asumió y la proyección que la
experiencia motivó en ella, a partir de lo cual se valora el aporte de la formación
recibida en la Facultad y proponer sugerencias a la formación inicial que
actualmente se brinda en esta.
The present Work on Professional Sufficiency is developed from a significant experience related to strengthening the capacities of the tutors of a residential care center in a district of metropolitan Lima to promote the autonomy and emotional security of children. The researcher was motivated to carry out this work by the opportunity to share her knowledge of parenting and early childhood care, based on a respectful perspective of child development, with the team of the Residential Care Center. It began with the generation of the question: How to strengthen the capacities of tutors to promote the autonomy and emotional security of children in a Residential Care Center in a district of metropolitan Lima? The objectives were proposed: to describe the experience developed to strengthen the skills of the tutors, to reflect on the professional skills shown in the execution of the experience through the use of reflective narration and to analyze the professional profile of the graduate based on the initial training to propose improvements, so that it responds to the challenges of today's society. The methodology of this work is qualitative, applying the following strategies: description, analysis and understanding of experiences and concepts. It concludes with key aspects that arise from the experience carried out with the tutors and the researcher compared to the significant experience. Firstly, the tutors gave importance to continuous learning by integrating the new knowledge acquired into their work, highlighting the commitment to constantly review their parenting practices. This indicates a willingness to self-evaluate and improve the quality of parenting, as well as recognition of the need for change and adaptation for progress and improvement in child care. In relation to the researcher, the preparation of this work allowed the experience of a reflective process through which she was able to be aware of the professional skills she has developed, the professional challenges she assumed and the projection that the experience motivated in her, from of which the contribution of the training received at the Faculty is valued and suggestions are made for the initial training currently provided at the Faculty.
