The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector in Peru is growing, but there is still an unattended potential market. Large companies are the ones that invest the most in ICT, while SMEs have less access to these technologies (National Institute of Statistics and Informatics [INEI] 2019), therefore, there is a need to have an efficient technological infrastructure to guarantee an optimal performance and provide a positive experience for SMEs. The research focuses on addressing the problem of the lack of technological inclusion in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Metropolitan Lima and Callao, which limits their ability to compete and improve their business management. For them, ninety-four administrators and owners of these SMEs were found. An innovative solution called Nano Data Center (nDC) is proposed, which offers all the necessary technological infrastructure to this group of companies, always operates, is tolerant of internet and electrical power failures, provides an intelligent data network with high-speed Wi-Fi prepared for IoT devices, roaming and industry 4.0 components, with the support of specialized personnel for the optimization and improvement of business operations. The results of the research show that the nDC business model is viable and sustainable, with a potential market of more than one million companies in Metropolitan Lima and Callao. An initial investment of approximately half a million soles is projected, a five-year Net Present Value of one million four hundred thousand soles and an IRR of 79.8%, in addition to a return on investment of 1.92 in three years, in addition to a social Van. one million seven hundred and ninety thousand soles.
