Hernán Pantoja: Una versión del mito de Inkarri en Amazonas

Abstract

This paper presents the myth of Hernán Pantoja collected in the Andean area of ​​the Department of Amazonas and which presents in its content all the elements of the Inkarri myth whose main known versions have been collected in the southern and central part of the country. If Hernán Pantoja were a localized version of Inkarri, the framework for the dissemination of the myth would be extended much further north, which at least seemed to be limited to the northern area by the version of Vicos (Ancash) collected by Ortiz Rescaniere in 1965.En esta ponencia se presenta el mito de Hernán Pantoja recogido en la zona andina del Departamento de Amazonas y que presenta en su contenido todos los elementos del mito del Inkarri cuyas versiones principales conocidas han sido recopiladas en la parte sur y central del país. De ser Hernán Pantoja una versión localizada de Inkarri, se estaría extendiendo con ello mucho más al norte el marco de difusión del mito que al menos parecía limitado al área septentrional por la versión de Vicos (Ancash) recogida por Ortiz Rescaniere en 1965.
