Relación entre el clima organizacional y el compromiso organizacional en trabajadores dependientes de Lima Metropolitana

Resumen
El presente estudio buscó analizar la relación entre Clima Organizacional y Compromiso
Organizacional, y sus dimensiones. El grupo de participantes fue conformado por 182
colaboradores dependientes de Lima Metropolitana. Se utilizó el Cuestionario de Clima
Organizacional Validado (Bustamante, Lapo y Grandón, 2013), y la Escala de Compromiso
Organizacional (Allen y Meyer, 1990). En la investigación se encontró una relación directa,
significativa y alta entre las dos escalas totales, y relaciones significativas entre todas las
dimensiones de Clima Organizacional con el Compromiso Afectivo y Normativo, pero no con
el de Continuidad. Por otro lado, no se encontró diferencias significativas en el Clima
Organizacional entre los tres niveles jerárquicos. Del mismo modo, no se pudo comprobar que
hubiera una relación entre el tiempo en la empresa y el Compromiso Organizacional. Se
discutieron las limitaciones, recomendaciones e implicancias del presente estudio.
The present study sought to analyze the relationship between Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment, and its dimensions. The participants were 182 dependent workers from Lima Metropolitana. There were used the Validated Organizational Climate Questionnaire (Bustamante, Lapo and Grandón, 2013), and the Organizational Commitment scale (Allen and Meyer, 1990). The research found a direct, significant and strong relationship between the two total scales and significant relationships between all the dimensions of Organizational Climate and the Affective and Normative Commitment, but not with the Continuance. On the other hand, no significant differences were found in the Organizational Climate between the three hierarchical levels. In the same way, it could not be verified that there was a relation between the time in the company and the Organizational Commitment. The limitations, recommendations and implications of this study were discussed.
