Abstract
El presente estudio de diagnóstico operativo corresponde a la Corporación
Continental, Universidad privada con más de 15,000 alumnos, distribuidos en sus cuatro
sedes, en las ciudades de Huancayo, Lima, Arequipa y Cusco; dicha institución cuenta con
personal administrativo y docentes a tiempo completo y a tiempo parcial, para brindar
servicios educativos de nivel superior de pregrado y posgrado. En el estudio y análisis
realizado se pudo apreciar que debido a la expansión que actualmente se realiza en la
empresa, presenta deficiencias tanto en los procesos como en los diseños de los puestos de
trabajo, comunicación entre las diferentes áreas administrativas y académicas, deficiencia del
uso de espacios y circulación en el campus universitario, así como la atención con los
organismos de fiscalización del estado para trabajar en proyectos de mutuo beneficio. Es por
ello que se ha realizado propuestas de mejora que se detallada en el presente diagnóstico en
cada capítulo que corresponde, con un costo total de S/ 6,506,500.00, esto incluye, realizar
eventos de posicionamiento, estudio de mercado de carreras nuevas, estudio de mejora de
procesos de todas las áreas integradas (comunicación y digitalización), mejora de la
infraestructura para el acceso de personas discapacitadas, mejora de los ambientes y
laboratorios para su optimización de espacios, realizar un estudio de la asignación de las
funciones de los trabajadores para mejorar su rendimiento, acceso a internet en los celulares
institucionales de los trabajadores optimizando la comunicación. Estas mejoras generaran un
ingreso económico de S/ 8,454,000.00, generando un beneficio económico de S/.
1,947,500.00.
The present operational diagnostic study corresponds to the Continental Corporation, a private University with more than 15,000 students, distributed in its four locations, in the cities of Huancayo, Lima, Arequipa and Cusco; This institution has administrative staff and full-time and part-time teachers to provide educational services at the undergraduate and graduate levels. In the study and analysis carried out it could be seen that due to the expansion that is currently carried out in the company, it has deficiencies in both the processes and in the designs of the jobs, communication between the different administrative and academic areas, lack of use of spaces and circulation in the university campus, as well as the attention with the agencies of state control to work on projects of mutual benefit. That is why it has made improvement proposals that are detailed in the present diagnosis in each corresponding chapter, with a total cost of S/ 6,506,500.00, this includes, perform positioning events, market study of new careers, study of improvement of processes in all integrated areas (communication and digitalisation), improvement of the infrastructure for the access of disabled people, improvement of environments and laboratories for optimizing spaces, carrying out a study of the assignment of the functions of workers for improve their performance, access to the internet in the institutional cell phones of workers, optimizing communication. These improvements will generate an economic income of S/ 8,454,000.00, generating an economic benefit of S/ 1,947,500.00.
